Vintage Vibes: Step back in time without sacrificing comfort. Our vintage trailer offers a full-size bed, heating, and air conditioning. Plus, a covered patio that’s begging for some acoustic guitar strumming or a good ol’ fashioned heart-to-heart.
Eco-Friendly Perk: Roll up and plug in! We’re proud to offer a complimentary Level 2 EV Charging Station for our eco-conscious guests. Because even your car deserves a little R&R.

House Rules
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please be respectful of our desert neighbors.
- If you utilize the EV Charging Station, please be mindful that we may have other guests on the property that may wish to use it as well. Only park next to the EV Charging Station while charging.
- Our house has exterior only security cameras monitoring and is recording the property at all times. There is a camera located on the utility pole overlooking the driveway and parking areas on the property. This is required for our insurance and also for your safety. Do not refocus, reposition, cover, manipulate, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with or disable our security camera system. Doing so will result in your immediate removal from the property.
- Please Do not run the AC unit(s) below 70 degrees. Doing so can result in damage to coils in the unit resulting in costly mechanical repairs.
- No loud music or parties.
- The blue trash can is only for CRV glass & plastic bottles and aluminum cans.
- Do not leave exterior doors open. This is an invitation for wildlife to enter the home, including lizards, snakes, rodents, insect, etc.
- No riding OHV in the neighborhood
- No discharging firearms in the neighborhood
- DO NOT USE FLUSHABLE WIPES. We are on a septic system. Toilet paper is the only thing permitted in the toilet. Flushable wipes will immediately clog the toilet

- Our local ordinance requires that the responsible party completes a Rental Agreement
- Security Deposit is $500
