House Rules

Our house has exterior only security cameras monitoring and is recording the property at all times. Do not refocus, reposition, cover, manipulate, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with or disable our security camera system. Doing so will result in your immediate removal from the property.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
Please be respectful of our desert neighbors.
No loud music or parties.
Please Do not run the AC unit(s) below 70 degrees. Doing so can result in damage to coils in the unit resulting in costly mechanical repairs.
NO Smoking/Vaping inside the home. You may do so outside and away from any open doors or windows. Please dispose of cigarette butts, etc. in trash cans.
Prohibited – No fireworks, sparklers, glitter or balloons allowed.
No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house or in the yard.
Do not leave exterior doors open. This is an invitation for wildlife to enter the home, including lizards, snakes, rodents, insect, etc.
DO NOT USE FLUSHABLE WIPES. We are on a septic system. Toilet paper is the only thing permitted in the toilet. Flushable wipes will immediately clog the toilet.
