House Rules

  • No PETS are allowed.
  • Our house has exterior only security cameras monitoring and is recording the property at all times. They are located at exterior front door, west exterior of home and north exterior of the home. This is required for our insurance and also for your safety. Do not refocus, reposition, cover, manipulate, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with or disable our security camera system. Doing so will result in your immediate removal from the property.
  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
  • Please be respectful of our desert neighbors.
  • No loud music or parties.
  • Please Do not run the AC unit(s) below 70 degrees. Doing so can result in damage to coils in the unit resulting in costly mechanical repairs.
  • Do not leave exterior doors open. This is an invitation for wildlife to enter the home, including lizards, snakes, rodents, insect, etc.
  • ALL GUESTS *MUST SHOWER PRIOR TO ENTERING THE HOT TUB.
  • PLEASE, NO SEXUAL ACTIVITY IN THE HOT TUB.
  • Please use the plastic cups when enjoying beverages in or near the hot tub.
  • Please do not leave minors unattended in the hot tub.
  • DO NOT USE FLUSHABLE WIPES. We are on a septic system. Toilet paper is the only thing permitted in the toilet. Flushable wipes will immediately clog the toilet.

  • Per Night: Rates start at $166 USD
  • Additional Guests: $25 per night per guest above 2 guests
  • Lodging Tax: 10.5%
  • Cleaning Fee: $125 USD

Terms

  • Our local ordinance requires that the responsible party completes a Rental Agreement
  • Security Deposit is $400
  • Submit a photo ID or Passport
  • We have Security Cameras on the exterior of the home
