House Rules

  • No PETS are allowed.
  • Our house has exterior only security cameras monitoring and is recording the property at all times. They are located at exterior front door, west exterior of home and north exterior of the home. This is required for our insurance and also for your safety. Do not refocus, reposition, cover, manipulate, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with or disable our security camera system. Doing so will result in your immediate removal from the property.
  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
  • Please be respectful of our desert neighbors.
  • No loud music or parties.
  • Please Do not run the AC unit(s) below 70 degrees. Doing so can result in damage to coils in the unit resulting in costly mechanical repairs.
  • Do not leave exterior doors open. This is an invitation for wildlife to enter the home, including lizards, snakes, rodents, insect, etc.
  • ALL GUESTS *MUST SHOWER PRIOR TO ENTERING THE HOT TUB.
  • PLEASE, NO SEXUAL ACTIVITY IN THE HOT TUB.
  • Please use the plastic cups when enjoying beverages in or near the hot tub.
  • Please do not leave minors unattended in the hot tub.
  • DO NOT USE FLUSHABLE WIPES. We are on a septic system. Toilet paper is the only thing permitted in the toilet. Flushable wipes will immediately clog the toilet.

Price

  • Per Night: Rates start at $166 USD
  • Additional Guests: $25 per night per guest above 2 guests
  • Lodging Tax: 10.5%
  • Cleaning Fee: $125 USD

Terms

  • Our local ordinance requires that the responsible party completes a Rental Agreement
  • Security Deposit is $400
  • Submit a photo ID or Passport
  • We have Security Cameras on the exterior of the home

Welcome to your home while on vacation with open living space and plenty of room for the whole family!

Living Room

Spacious open living space with plenty of seating. There’s a large screen television that is connected to the internet, a record player with a collection of vinyl and a keyboard if you prefer to make your own music.

Open kitchen with views overlooking the city.  Multi-function kitchen island and bar. Perfect spot for preparing meals or gathering with family and friends.

Master Bedroom

Spacious master bedroom, with a desk area for remote work and a private bathroom.

Private ensuite in the master bedroom. With an identical guest bathroom near the other bedrooms

Second Bedroom

Our second bedroom features a full size bed, space to set your luggage and a desk for working or studying.

Third bedroom

Third bedroom with a custom mural and twin beds. Take a moment to reflect as you record the days happenings in your journal. Or perhaps just lean in to your future as you gaze outside the window.

Game Room

Recreation room with a variety of games. The space also features zoned cooling and heating for comfort all year long.

Patio

The back patio is perfect for a BBQ and outdoor dining all the while overlooking the city.
