House Rules

  • Our house has exterior only security cameras monitoring and is recording the property at all times. There is a camera located on the utility pole overlooking the driveway and parking areas on the property. This is required for our insurance and also for your safety. Do not refocus, reposition, cover, manipulate, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with or disable our security camera system. Doing so will result in your immediate removal from the property.
  • If you utilize the EV Charging Station, please be mindful that we may have other guests on the property that may wish to use it as well. Only park next to the EV Charging Station while charging.
  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
  • Please be respectful of our desert neighbors.
  • No loud music or parties.
  • Please Do not run the AC unit(s) below 70 degrees. Doing so can result in damage to coils in the unit resulting in costly mechanical repairs.
  • Do not leave exterior doors open. This is an invitation for wildlife to enter the home, including lizards, snakes, rodents, insect, etc.
  • DO NOT load wine glasses into the dishwasher per the manufacturer. They are fragile and can break due to the water pressure of the dishwasher.
  • No riding OHV in the neighborhood
  • No discharging firearms in the neighborhood
  • Recommend not leaving food out on the counters as it will attract ants (even though we have traps set out for them). Please place food in cabinets or refrigerator.
  • DO NOT USE FLUSHABLE WIPES. We are on a septic system. Toilet paper is the only thing permitted in the toilet. Flushable wipes will immediately clog the toilet.

  • Cleaning Fee: $70 USD

Terms

  • Our local ordinance requires that the responsible party completes a Rental Agreement
  • Security Deposit is $300

Master bedroom features a custom made queen side bed w/night stands & outlets nearby for charging your devices while you sleep. Windows have room darkening wood shutters. The room is also equipped with zone heating and cooling to keep you comfortable
