House Rules
- We kindly ask all our guests to remove shoes while indoors. House slippers will be provided.
- NO shoes on while in the tatami room. Shoes can damages the mats.
- NO food or beverages in the tatami room.
- Our house has exterior only security cameras monitoring and is recording the property at all times. Do not refocus, reposition, cover, manipulate, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with or disable our security camera system. Doing so will result in your immediate removal from the property.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please be respectful of our desert neighbors.
- No loud music or parties.
- Please Do not run the AC unit(s) below 70 degrees. Doing so can result in damage to coils in the unit resulting in costly mechanical repairs.
- Do not leave exterior doors open. This is an invitation for wildlife to enter the home, including lizards, snakes, rodents, insect, etc.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times while outside.
- DO NOT load wine glasses into the dishwasher per the manufacturer. They are fragile and can break due to the water pressure of the dishwasher.
- DO NOT USE FLUSHABLE WIPES. We are on a septic system. Toilet paper is the only thing permitted in the toilet. Flushable wipes will immediately clog the toilet.

- Our local ordinance requires that the responsible party completes a Rental Agreement
