House Rules

  • Our house has exterior only security cameras monitoring and is recording the property at all times. Do not refocus, reposition, cover, manipulate, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with or disable our security camera system. Doing so will result in your immediate removal from the property.
  • Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
  • Please be respectful of our desert neighbors.
  • No loud music or parties.
  • Do not leave exterior doors open. This is an invitation for wildlife to enter the home, including lizards, snakes, rodents, insect, etc.
  • DO NOT USE FLUSHABLE WIPES. We are on a septic system. Toilet paper is the only thing permitted in the toilet. Flushable wipes will immediately clog the toilet.

  • Per Night: Rates start at $99 USD
  • Lodging Tax: 7%
  • Cleaning Fee: $35 USD

Terms

  • Our local ordinance requires that the responsible party completes a Rental Agreement
  • Security Deposit is $300
  • Submit a photo ID or Passport
