House Rules
- No PETS are allowed.
- Our house has exterior only security camera monitoring and is recording the property at all times. It is located on the south end of the covered patio. This is required for our insurance and also for your safety. Do not refocus, reposition, cover, manipulate, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with or disable our security camera system. Doing so will result in your immediate removal from the property.
- Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please be respectful of our desert neighbors.
- No loud music or parties.
- Please Do not run the AC unit(s) below 70 degrees. Doing so can result in damage to coils in the unit resulting in costly mechanical repairs.
- Do not leave exterior doors open. This is an invitation for wildlife to enter the home, including lizards, snakes, rodents, insect, etc.
- DO NOT USE FLUSHABLE WIPES. We are on a septic system. Toilet paper is the only thing permitted in the toilet. Flushable wipes will immediately clog the toilet.
